1. Contact PerfectSky Studios

Email perfectskystudios@gmail.com. Tell us the app version, device/Android version, source and target formats, steps to reproduce and the visible error. Please describe a file rather than attaching it unless specifically requested. Never email passwords, private documents, signing keys or personal identifiers as routine troubleshooting material.

2. Before you write

Keep the original source until you review the output.
Check that your format and target appear as a supported route; a recognized extension alone is not enough.
For a failed save, check free space and the folder permission granted through Android.
For a background job, check notification permission and the job's status in History.

3. Privacy or rights requests

Use the same email address for privacy questions or requests about information you sent to us. The app itself has no cloud account or server-side file store. Local app data can be cleared through Android app settings; separately saved files must be removed from their destination. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Özellikle istenmedikçe dosya eklemek yerine dosyayı tarif et. Olağan sorun bildirimine parola, özel belge, imzalama anahtarı veya kişisel tanımlayıcı gönderme.

2. Yazmadan önce

Çıktıyı inceleyene kadar özgün dosyayı sakla.
Kaynak ve hedefin desteklenen bir yol olarak göründüğünü kontrol et; tek başına tanınan uzantı yeterli değildir.
Kaydetme hatasında boş alanı ve Android üzerinden verilen klasör iznini kontrol et.
Arka plan işi için bildirim iznini ve Geçmiş'teki iş durumunu kontrol et.

3. Gizlilik veya hak talepleri

Gizlilik soruları ya da bize gönderdiğin bilgilerle ilgili talepler için aynı e-posta adresini kullan. Uygulamada bulut hesabı veya sunucuda dosya deposu yoktur.
